By adopting an animal through a rescue, you understand that we deal with high-risk animals and that our mission is to prevent the next litter. Therefore, the adopter agrees to have the animal spayed or neutered by us on our timeline, regardless of contrary advice by a veterinarian. Proof of spaying or neutering must be provided to the rescue/agency within three days of the procedure, unless the animal is sterilized with SSARF. If the adopter fails to comply, the rescue/agency reserves the right to reclaim the pet.
